This message is to confirm that Upshift is still trading as normal despite the unprecedented conditions we are all facing due to the COVID-19 situation. As an online business, we are able to adapt to the ever-evolving situation quickly and efficiently. We are largely on schedule and making our shipments within the specified time frames as best as possible, with the exception of Sim-Lab orders, who are experiencing significant delays. We would however appreciate some understanding from customers if your order is slightly later than original estimates suggest. Furthermore, in our email and phone communications, we are very busy at the moment, so again please allow slightly more time for responses.

We realise a lot of people will turn to sim racing as part of their isolation, due to the cancellation and postponement of all sporting/recreational activities, so demand is currently high for all of our products and our customer services. We gently encourage customers to place orders sooner rather than later, so that they can be shipped before any potential restrictions are imposed on deliveries by the government / stocks diminish. However as always we urge you not to rush into an order - one of our rules we follow at all times is to offer a zero-pressure buying experience. We are still here to assist you with any and all questions you may have, and to help build bespoke full sim packages at whatever budget you have.
