This message is to confirm that Upshift is still trading as normal despite the unprecedented conditions we are all facing due to the COVID-19 situation. As an online business, we are able to adapt to the ever-evolving situation quickly and efficiently. We would however appreciate some understanding from customers if your order is slightly later than original estimates suggest. Furthermore, in our email and phone communications, we are very busy at the moment, so again please allow slightly more time for responses. If emails are not responded to within 24 hours, please resend them. No email is ever ignored, but in a busy mailbox an email may be overlooked occasionally, so please resend your emails if not response received.
An extraordinary surge in demand during and post-lockdown has meant many sim racing suppliers are struggling to get sufficient supply to satisfy the demand, so there are potentially some delays on specific product lines. You will be informed of the lead time of all products on the product page, but if you have any specific questions about lead times for a product, please contact us. If you cannot wait the length of time specified for a product, we advise you do not order.
Customer service is our number 1 priority, and we strive for 100% satisfaction, but with the huge strain on delivery network, delays are possible, so please be aware. Due to the huge demand, we gently encourage customers to place orders sooner rather than later, so that they can be allocated stock as soon as possible. However as always we urge you not to rush into an order - one of our rules we follow at all times is to offer a zero-pressure buying experience, and offer the most detailed and impartial advice above and beyond anywhere else. We are still here to assist you with any and all questions you may have, from anything like a ButtKicker to building a full bespoke sim package.
