Furthermore, in our email and phone communications we are again very busy, so please allow more time for responses. Emails are usually responded to within a few hours, but we ask customers to allow up to 2 working days. If emails are not responded to 2 working days, please resend them. Although we will try our utmost to reply within a few hours, if we are very busy then replies will take longer.
An extraordinary surge in demand during and post-lockdown has meant many product lines are selling out more quickly than usual, so some lines may be on pre-order. For any products on pre-order, the lead times typically are 1-3 weeks; if you contact us, we can normally provide you an up-to-date lead time. If you cannot wait the length of time specified for a product, we advise you do not order it. If you require a product urgently, contact us and we shall find you an in stock product.
Customer service has been and always will be our number 1 priority and we strive for 100% satisfaction, but with the huge strain on delivery network, delays are possible, so please be aware. Due to the huge demand we gently encourage customers to place orders sooner rather than later, so that they can be allocated stock as soon as possible. However as always we urge you not to rush into an order - one of our rules we follow at all times is to offer a zero-pressure buying experience, and offer the most detailed and impartial advice, above and beyond anywhere else.
