You will be informed the lead time of any orders, and kept up to date as best as possible with when any products are due for arrival. If you cannot wait, don't order. Customer service is our number 1 priority, and we strive for 100% satisfaction, but with the huge strain on delivery network, delays are possible, so please be aware. Due to the huge demand, we gently encourage customers to place orders sooner rather than later, so that they can be allocated stock as soon as possible. However as always we urge you not to rush into an order - one of our rules we follow at all times is to offer a zero-pressure buying experience, and offer the most detailed and impartial advice above and beyond anywhere else.
