At Upshift, we give you FREE & FAST UK Delivery on everything! On each product page, below the description, is a tab with specific information about delivery of that product. All FREE UK Delivery services are FAST. To ensure your order arrives safely & quickly, we only work with the most reliable couriers. We also prioritise dispatching your goods as quickly as possible.
For EU/International Buyers, we subsidise our shipping rates worldwide, so that they are cheaper. We value all of our buyers, and on each product page, below the description, is a tab with specific information about delivery of that product. We only use the most reliable delivery services which are trackable, so you can be confident your order will arrive safely.
International non-EU orders will be sold with VAT-free, and may be subject to customs/import duties, payable by you. For B2B EU orders (to a VAT-registered business in the EU), all orders will be VAT-free, and a full VAT invoice will be issued.
How much does UK delivery cost?
FREE delivery on EVERYTHING to UK! Upshift gives its valued customers complementary FREE delivery on everything we sell to mainland UK. Delivery is Fast & Safe, so your item arrives quickly and in great condition. Normal exclusions apply - see 'Excluded Locations' question below for more information.
How much does delivery to European Union (EU) countries cost?
We subsidise delivery charges to all EU countries, so they are cheaper and competitive. We deliver to all EU countries, and use the most reliable, trackable delivery services, so you know your order will be safe. We value you as a customer wherever you are in the world.
How much does International (Non-EU) delivery cost?
We subsidise delivery charges to all countries, worldwide. All international (non-EU) buyers should email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) for a personalised delivery quote, including (where applicable) any import/customs charges. Upshift values you as a customer wherever you are in the world.
Which locations are excluded from FREE UK Delivery?
The following UK locations are normally excluded from our Free UK delivery: Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland*, Shetland Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands, Scilly Isles. Dependent on your order value, we may waive any delivery surcharges with our complements. If you live in any of these locations, please contact us for a delivery quote (in most cases, it is likely that only a small surcharge will apply). Buyers that select our Free UK delivery service and refuse to pay any compulsory surcharges will be refused their order and refunded. *=certain couriers class Northern Ireland as additional charge, so the courier used depends on product purchased. The product page will inform buyers from NI if excluded from free delivery, or not.
Will I need to be in to sign for my order?
Due to the high-value of the items we sell, most delivery services that we use will require a signature to confirm successful delivery. We will confirm prior to delivery whether you will be required to sign for your item.

What is your 'Subsidised International Delivery'?
Wherever you are in the world, we value you as a customer, and would love you to buy from us. Therefore, whatever country you're in, we subsidise your delivery so the cost is lower, paying part, or all, of the delivery cost, to encourage you to buy from us.
How do I track my order?
All orders are sent using a trackable delivery service. You will be provided with a tracking number, which you will be able to use to monitor progress of your delivery. Go to the tracking page of the courier that is delivering your item(s), and then input your tracking details.
I require a different delivery method to what you have available (e.g. Saturday Delivery / Sunday Delivery etc.) - can you help?
Yes! If you require a different shipping method to what we have available as standard, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining your requirements and we shall endeavour to find you a courier and quote.
