At Upshift, we give you FREE & FAST UK Delivery on everything! On each product page, below the description, there is a tab with specific information about delivery of that product. To ensure your order arrives safely & quickly, we only work with the most reliable couriers. We also prioritise dispatching your goods as quickly as possible.
For EU/International Buyers, we subsidise our shipping rates worldwide, so that they are cheaper. We only use the most reliable delivery services which are trackable, so you can be confident your order will arrive safely. International (non-EU) orders may be subject to customs/import duties, payable by you the buyer.

How much does UK delivery cost?
FREE delivery on to UK! Upshift provides its valued customers free delivery on their orders. Delivery is reliable, tracked and fast so your item arrives quickly. Exclusions apply, see T&Cs for more information.
How much does delivery to European Union countries cost?
We subsidise delivery charges to all EU countries, and we deliver to all EU countries. We use the most reliable & fully trackable delivery services, so you know your order will be safe.
How much does International delivery cost?
We subsidise delivery charges to all countries, worldwide. All international (non-EU) buyers should email us (email@example.com) for a personalised delivery quote, which excluding (where applicable) any import/customs charges.
Which locations are excluded from FREE UK Delivery?
The following UK locations are normally excluded from our Free UK delivery: Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland*, Shetland Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands, Scilly Isles. Dependent on your order value, we may waive any delivery surcharges with our complements. If you live in any of these locations, please contact us for a delivery quote (in most cases, it is likely that only a small surcharge will apply). Buyers that select our Free UK delivery service and refuse to pay any compulsory surcharges will be refused their order and refunded. *=certain couriers class Northern Ireland as additional charge, so the courier used depends on product purchased. The product page will inform buyers from NI if excluded from free delivery, or not.

Will I need to be in to sign for my order?
Due to the high-value of the items we sell, most delivery services that we use will require a signature to confirm successful delivery. We will confirm prior to delivery whether you will be required to sign for your item.
What is your 'Subsidised International Delivery'?
Wherever you are in the world, we value you as a customer, and would love you to buy from us. Therefore, whatever country you're in, we subsidise your delivery so the cost is lower, paying part, or all, of the delivery cost, to encourage you to buy from us.
How do I edit my order?
You may edit any orders anytime up until it dispatches. By edit, we mean add/remove/amend any product(s) in your order. To do so, please email email@example.com with the subject of your email being your order number, and we shall amend your order on the system and automatically bill you the extra amount or reimburse any outstanding amount, where applicable.
How do I track my order?
All orders are sent using a trackable delivery service. You will be provided with a tracking number, which you will be able to use to monitor progress of your delivery. Go to the tracking page of the courier that is delivering your item(s), and then input your tracking details.
I require a different delivery method to what you have available (e.g. Saturday Delivery / Sunday Delivery etc.) - can you help?
Yes! If you require a different shipping method to what we have available as standard, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining your requirements and we shall endeavour to find you a courier and quote.
