Try Before you Buy

Due to popular demand, we are offering a Simulator Trial service, for you to come along and try out our Club Racer Sim Package to help you decide if it's right for you before you make a purchase.

The Simulator Trial duration is 2 hours, and there is a trial charge of £100.

One of our Expert Sim Racers will accompany you throughout the 2-hour trial, on hand to show and explain to you all aspects of the simulator, how everything is connected, how to how to control and adjust the equipment, providing help and guidance and answering any questions you may have. They will also provide tailored advice on the products we recommend for you, based on your individual requirements and budget and drawing on their years of experience and expertise, to ultimately help you make the best decision for you.

Furthermore, if you do decide to purchase a simulator from us at any point after the trial, we will reimburse the £100 trial charge (by deducting £100 from your order total) - therefore, if you do purchase a simulator from us after attending the paid trial, the trial is effectively free of charge.

Appointments require pre-booking and are subject to availability. This is so we can ensure we have the simulator setup and ready, and one of our Sim Racing Experts available to see you for the 2-hour slot.

We can schedule appointments for any day, 7 days a week, subject to availability. The appointment will take place at NE16 3AS, in Gateshead, just off the A1 Junction 72. There is ample free parking on site.

To book a Simulator Trial appointment, please email  sales@upshiftstore.co.uk  and please specify your desired appointment date and time and we shall respond with our availability. Please also feel free to include any other information you deem pertinent, such as any of your prior sim racing and/or real life racing experience, what you're looking for out of the simulator, and any other requirements.

If you decide during your appointment that you want to purchase, we do have ample stock on site, so, depending on the exact products you are wanting to order and their individual availability, you may well be able to drive away with your order there and then!
