How much does delivery cost?
All of our sim rigs come with free UK delivery!
Dispatch typically is within 1 working day, and then with delivery typically taking 1-3 working days. Full tracking information is provided, so you will be able to keep up-to-date with your packages. We are also happy to offer complementary scheduled delivery for your order, if you would prefer to schedule your order to arrive on a specific day.
Your order's delivery is fully tracked, so your items will arrive quickly, and we use the most reliable & trusted couriers including Parcelforce, DPD and Royal Mail, with whom we have a track record of success.
Some smaller or lower value items will have a small nominal delivery charge.

Will I need to be in to sign for my order?
Due to the high-value of the items we sell, most delivery services that we use will require a signature to confirm successful delivery. Tracking is sent prior to delivery, so you know when the packages are being delivered, and can make arrangements to stay in.
If you cannot be in that day, our couriers offer a variety of delivery arrangements for maximum convenience, including rescheduling to another day, fixed-time delivery, redelivery to alternative addresses. We will endeavour to accommodate your delivery request, so that you need not worry about not being in to accept a delivery - if you have specific delivery requirements, please contact us prior to ordering so we can confirm we can accommodate them.
Note, some services including DPD may offer a 'Safe Place' for delivery. We send the packages for delivery to your specified delivery address only, and a signature will be required upon delivery. If you select 'Safe Place' delivery for your package(s), full liability for the package(s) transfers to you immediately, even if that is prior to the delivery. We do not recommend using the Safe Place feature.
How do I track my order?
All orders are sent using a trackable delivery service. You will be provided with a tracking number prior to the delivery, which you will be able to use to monitor progress of your delivery. We typically use DPD and Parcelforce for deliveries, with other couriers available on request.
How do I get delivery updates?
We recommend you provide your mobile number at checkout, so we may share it with the delivery companies in accordance with our terms and conditions. By doing so, the delivery company is able to text you delivery updates, and the delivery drivers may choose to ring you prior to delivery/if they need to call you about your delivery. Where applicable, you will also get email updates. Not all couriers offer these services, so if you are unsure, please contact us in advance to confirm.
Which locations are excluded from FREE UK Delivery?
Upshift's Free UK Delivery applies to UK mainland addresses only, so this means that certain remote locations will be excluded from our free UK delivery, including: Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Shetland Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands, Scilly Isles.
If you live in any of these locations, please contact us for an exact delivery price.
In most cases, it is likely that only a small surcharge will apply.
For customers in Northern Ireland, free delivery is offered on specific items, whereas other items may require a nominal delivery charge.
I require a special delivery service (e.g. Before 9AM Next Day / Saturday Delivery / Sunday Delivery etc) - can you help?
Yes! If you require a different shipping method to what we have available as standard, please send an email to sales@upshiftstore.co.uk explaining your requirements and we shall endeavour to find you a courier and quote.
