If you have questions about a product, delivery time, bespoke sim setups or anything else, please contact us. 

We pride ourselves on offering the best customer service and have a proven track record of doing so.

There are a number ways you can contact us:

 

Email Us

Please email any questions to sales@upshiftstore.co.uk and one of our Expert Sim Racers will email you back.

We will respond as quickly as possible, usually within a few hours, though can take 24-48 hours during busier periods.

If you have an existing order, please quote your 7-digit order number in your email.


Call Us 

If you want to talk to one of our Expert Sim Racers, please call us on:

0330 043 7147

If your call is unanswered, please leave us a voicemail telling us your phone number and your enquiry message, and we will call you back once available.
Our 0330 number is a national landline number that is free to call from most UK mobiles (included in your standard mobile minutes allowance)

The landline is usually open until 4:30pm throughout the week, closing earlier on Fridays and weekends.

You may also Request a Callback - just send us an email with your phone number and specify what date/time you want to be called.

 

 

Live Chat

Please note, we cannot use Live Chat to discuss existing orders - for this you must email quoting your 7-digit order number so we may lookup your existing order and validate your credentials to share the information.
