This is the newly-released Sparco Evolve 3.0 Chassis Only - the 3rd generation of the Sparco Evolve cockpit. With the 3rd generation, Sparco have featured improvements over previous generations, with each generation resulting in iterative improvements over the last.
The Evolve 3.0 Sim Rig includes all parts required for assembly, seat slider (rails), pedal plate and wheel deck. However, side mounting seat brackets and a seat are sold separately (both of which you will likely require). 
As with all Sparco products, the Evolve 3.0 has characteristically great design and build quality. There are also accessories available for this, including a monitor stand, shifter mount and seat brackets. The Evolve 3.0 has a neat and compact footprint, so is ideal for small rooms, and features plentiful adjustment in the wheel and pedal decks (angle tilt + sliding), so you'll find your optimal driving position. Other sim rigs like the Trak Racer TR80 offer more strength and have seat brackets included plus product bundles with a seat too, so there's everything ready for you to get racing. The TR80 also has more accessories for customisation, but if you're a fan of the Sparco brand then look no further than the Evolve 3.0 - you won't be disappointed.
If you already have a compatible seat and are able to mount it yourself, then this chassis only is perfect for you, as it saves you money money compared to buying the chassis with a seat.
