Click & Collect

Upshift provides a Click & Collect service, free of charge, allowing our customers to collect their order at their convenience, from our either our warehouse facility in Sunderland, SR5 3XF,  or from our office in Gateshead, NE16 3AS - the choice is yours, whichever site is most convenient for you.

Many of our products are available to collect the same day, in as little as 2 hours, but for some orders we may require more time.

If you would like to know the exact timeframe for collection of any products, please contact us and we will confirm for you. We are happy to book your Click & Collect time slot to fit around your schedule.

Please await contact from us with your confirmed time slot before coming to collect.

To collect your order, we require you to bring some photo ID (driving license / passport). Note, you will also require a suitable vehicle, particularly important if you are collecting one of our sim racing seats.

Note, items that are not in stock or on backorder/pre-order will only be available to collect once they are back in stock.

PayPal isn't accepted for Click & Collect orders, payment must be by either credit/debit card, or alternatively cash on collection is accepted.
