Black Friday Price Guarantee 2025

Upshift's Black Friday Price Guarantee gives customers the peace of mind to know that they can order at any time in this period and are guaranteed to get the product(s) at the lowest available selling price on Upshift, including any Black Friday Cyber Monday sales, between 27th October and 1st December 2025.

The promotion specifies that, should the price of any product on the site reduce further in price anytime during this period, including over the specific Black Friday Cyber Monday Weekend 2025 (that is, Friday 28th November 2025 - Monday 1st December 2025), that all orders placed from (and including) Friday 1st November will be price matched to the product's lowest selling price in the period. 
Thus, the purchaser who placed the order will be entitled to a proportional refund, equivalent to the difference between the price they paid and the lowest selling price.

For example, if a customer orders a product on November 1st 2025 for £1000, and the price of the same product is reduced to £950 over the Black Friday Cyber Monday Weekend, the customer shall be eligible for a reimbursement of the price difference (£50).
In this example, their original order price was £1000, and the lowest selling price which was on Black Friday was £950, so this would equal a £50 reimbursement (calculation: £1000 - £950).

Note - the Black Friday Price Guarantee doesn't necessarily mean that any specific product will go on sale for a lower price. 
It simply gives you the peace of mind that you will be paying the lowest possible price for the items, if the price was to get reduced.
And, it means you don't need to worry about any products selling out, or having to hold off and wait for any upcoming sales, because you can purchase now, knowing that if there are any price reductions, you will be reimbursed accordingly, so that you will have paid the lowest selling price over this period.

The Upshift Black Friday Price Guarantee begins from Monday 27th October 2025 and is valid until Monday 1st December November 2025, 23:59 GMT. All valid orders placed in this time period will automatically be eligible for the promotion.

The reimbursements are automatically calculated and paid out, so the customer does not need to redeem the promotion as such  All orders are tracked and any price reductions will automatically trigger a proportional refund to be issued. Refunds will be issued within an aimed 7-10 working days of the price reduction occurring. Refunds will be paid back to the original payment card used for the purchase, or can be used as a credit off a future order.
