GTR Bucket Seat
The GTR is our motorsport-inspired fixed bucket seat for sim racing, combining authentic GT racing style, comfort and excellent value. Designed for direct fitment to the R-PRO 80x40 Sim Rig or R-MAX 160x40 Sim Rig, the GTR includes both adjustable side-mount seat brackets and a dual-locking seat slider, allowing you to fine-tune your driving position.
Inspired by bucket seats found in real racing cars, the GTR features a rigid fibreglass shell with deep, fixed side bolsters and a distinctive, enclosed design. This creates a supportive seating position that enhances the authenticity of your sim racing setup.
The rear of the seat features an exposed gloss-black fibreglass shell, giving it a striking motorsport-inspired appearance. The front features the subtly embroidered Upshift logo, complementing the seat's purposeful racing design.
The GTR is upholstered in soft suedette, providing a luxurious, comfortable finish that adds to the truly premium appearance and design of the seat.
VR Headset Compatibility
The GTR Bucket Seat is not recommended for VR sim racing. Its wraparound headrest wings can interfere with VR headset clearance and restrict freedom of head movement.
For VR users, we instead recommend the GTS Bucket Seat, which has a more open headrest design.

Recommended waist size: Up to approximately 34 inch
The GTR attaches to the R-PRO or R-MAX sim rig by side mount seat brackets which are included in the box. These seat brackets have multiple holes, allowing you to adjust both the height of the rear/front of the seat and the inclination of the seat.
A dual-locking seat slider is included, providing you with quick and easy adjustments backwards or forwards, enabling you and anyone else who uses it to get a suitable driving position.

The GTR features a rigid fibreglass shell with deep, fixed side bolsters and distinctive wraparound headrest wings, creating a supportive, motorsport-inspired seating position.
Unlike reclining seats, the fixed shell and bolsters provide very little flexibility in their shape. Customers with a broader build may therefore find the GTR more restrictive, particularly around the hips and upper body.
We recommend referring to the sizing diagram below before ordering, as individual body proportions and seating preferences will affect suitability.
Customers requiring a less restrictive seat may prefer our RS1 Recline Seat or JDM Recline Seat.
Seat Brackets & Dual-locking Seat Slider Included!
The GTR Bucket Seat is fully compatible with our R-PRO Black Edition 80x40 Sim Rig and R-MAX Black Edition 160x40 Sim Rig, and includes a set of universal side mount seat brackets and a dual-locking seat slider.
The GTR attaches to the sim rig using the included side-mount seat brackets. Multiple mounting holes allow you to independently adjust the front and rear mounting heights, enabling you to fine-tune the seat's height and inclination.
Additionally, the dual-locking seat slider allows quick and easy forwards and backwards adjustment, making it simple to find a comfortable driving position or accommodate different users.
